Sales Account Executive at TwoHat Security 

This person can be based remotely within Canada, or at the office in Kelowna, BC. Some Travel required.

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced, driven, tenacious and highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join the TwoHat Security team. This role will be responsible for driving new business through understanding the target organization's strategic plan and priorities, then articulating TwoHat's Value Proposition into relevant, high impact, and effective solutions to key decision makers. The Sales Account Executive will manage the relationships of key B2B accounts to penetrate deep and wide, and proactively participate in the up-selling and raising awareness of various Two Hat products and services.

DUTIES:

  • Work within an assigned market to qualify, develop, and mature marketing supplied leads into high quality sales opportunities
  • Articulate value and uncover needs at each level of an organization
  • Engage senior decision makers, customer influencers, end-users and ecosystem partners
  • Analyze market and evaluate requirements needed to capitalize on opportunities
  • Understand current and future industry needs to deliver multiyear business deals
  • Manage relationships and communications within the customer account including internal stakeholders and partners required for a successful deal
  • Shape and execute global business development and sales strategy across senior level cross-functional teams
  • Align sales objectives to the corporate strategy and financial performance metrics for the account
  • Identify relevant new business opportunities, ecosystems, partnerships and markets, gathering of market intelligence and design and drive "go-to-market" plans for the account

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of targeted account sales selling software or other integrated solutions and products working within the predictable revenue business model  
  • Strong track record and demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining strong industry, professional relationships; prefer ‘C’ level engagement
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to successfully articulate technical product specifications and product value proposition to senior decision makers

  • Ability to work both as a team and independently to deliver measurable results
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs
  • Ability to position innovative solutions to ‘C’ level decision makers
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Experience in closing mid to large customer accounts
  • Agility to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness and passion to quickly learn skills and knowledge that you don’t currently possess
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
  • Desire to be the best at what you do
